Hi, my name is Wilma and I am a very loving, female, 5 year old Shepherd mix. I'm always excited to get love and attention and I'm eager to please. I've done well in my training here at the prison, and learning to cope with lots of strange new sights and sounds, but I still need a little time to adjust to brand new situations. I'm ready to parole to a new family. I lived in a home with another female dog and I've met lots of other dogs here while I've been in training so I do well when I'm properly introduced. If other dogs get too rambunctious around me I can get a little amped up so no dog parks for me, please. I'm a good-sized girl at about 55 pounds so I'll probably do best in a home with older children, because little ones darting around can make me a little nervous.
