E470 image processing is a partnership with the E470 Public Highway Authority. Incarcerated workers at Denver Women's Correctional Facility view license plate images from the E470 Toll Stations and verify the correct plate numbers and issuing State, then images go to review by a more senior worker. Images are then transmitted back to E470 with the verified information for billing. Our workers never have access to any personal information as we only see images of the license plate.
Incarcerated workers in this program are paid based on production levels, with the highest performers earning over $15 per hour. Wages earned in this program help offenders pay off restitution, court fines, child support, and savings to help secure housing and transportation upon release.
