Hi! My name is Waffle Jack! I am a 10 month old Boxer/Lab mix and weigh about 53 pounds now but may have a bit more growing and filling out to do. I am extremely shy but love to hide in the flower bed! (That's my happy place, when I can get to it...). I may not show well to a potential adopter but don't let this initial impression fool you because once I know I'm safe, I am a silly goof ball. I love other dogs and frolicking in the grass especially when it's muddy. My perfect family would be people that are calm and patient with my eccentricities. Maybe they wouldn't really mind my initial lack of confidence and find it a bit endearing that I have a frequent desire to be underneath tables and other furniture, until I feel safe and secure. I love my kennel and do not require a lot of exercise. I would do best in a home with a securely fenced yard and other, confident dogs are a must to help me continue my journey to confidence. And a lovely flower bed to lay in would be really awesome, too! Won't you give a silly, shy goofball with a funny name a chance? My adoption fee is $650 which includes lots of support for helping me continue to blossom.
