Toby is a 15 pound male Chihuahua mix that is very friendly and sociable with people (even though he appears to be a little camera shy!). He plays well with dogs his size but can be intimidated by larger, over-exuberant dogs. He really enjoys playing fetch and is a playful little guy overall. Toby is a super snuggler and has a history of living with and interacting with small children and did well! It will be important for any interactions between ANY dog and a small child to be supervised to prevent accidents. He would likely do well sharing a home with a cat or other small dog. Toby has done well in his obedience training and seems to prefer affection and praise more than treats. He likes to relax on his 'place' with a small bone or chew toy but never destroys or chews on bedding. What this special fellow really wants is a loving family that will accept his snuggles for the rest of his life. If you have a place in your home and your heart, Toby will fill it with love.
