Rowan is a very handsome, 2 year old, 70 pound, male German Shepherd mix that is very confident and friendly with people and other dogs. He seems to enjoy learning new things and happily follows commands as he is eager to please his person. He is smart so learns quickly and has taken to obedience training very well! Rowan loves to play fetch and is a very energetic boy that will need an active family to keep up with his training and give him the exercise that he needs to succeed in a new home. Due to his size and energy, Rowan would do best in a home with older, teenaged children who can help keep up with his training. He gets along and plays well with other dogs and it is unknown if he has ever lived with cats but he may be too much for family members of the feline persuasion. Rowan is sweet and affectionate and loves having his chin scratched! A large, securely fenced yard would be ideal for Rowan and he is ready to go home TODAY. Don't miss out on this big handsome boy!
