I'm Morty and I am very sweet and super smart, as you can tell by my inquisitive expression! I am a male, purebred standard poodle puppy. I weigh about 40 pounds now but I will get much bigger as I mature, since I'm only about 6 months old. I've done really well in my training and pick up new tricks very quickly! I'm friendly with people and other dogs so I will make a great pet for the right family. I am still very much a puppy and I love to play with a ball and toys - I've even taught myself how to play alone by tossing my ball or toy up in the air to catch when no one else is around or wants to throw it for me. A couple of things you should know about me are that I am not really accustomed to grooming yet (especially around my face) and I will need regular grooming throughout my lifetime so that is something we will have to work on. I'm also a little mischievous and will grab things to chew on that I know I'm not supposed to, when your back is turned. I'm also not crazy about heights (like going down stairs) but these are all things that we can work on as we build our life together. Overall, I am a very loveable guy and would love to be a part of your pack! My adoption fee is $2,000 and includes all my vaccinations, microchip, neuter, and a lifetime of support for my training.
