Hello! My name is Howser and I am one of the "mountain" puppies - named after the Howser Spire in British Columbia! I am about 5 months old now and growing. Since I've been here in prison with all my littermates I've learned so much and I've got my basic obedience commands down! I love to practice them with my person and I am a very smart boy with lots of puppy energy and a shiny, wavy black coat. I am still a puppy with many puppy mannerisms so I may resort back to mouthing or trying to dig in the yard or going for some trash if it smells good. I am very good about redirecting my attention to training and will need constant supervision to keep me out of trouble and on the right path. I'm potty trained and kennel trained and this is really handy if you have to leave me unsupervised so I stay safe. And I sleep quietly through the night in my kennel - especially if I've had a good day, playing and practicing my training. I really hope that my forever home will have lots of time to devote to me as I mature into the perfect canine companion. Kids and another dog to play with would be the best!
