My name is Elbert and I'm a cute, male black Lab/Golden Retriever mix puppy. I'm still a baby at just over 3 months of age and I'm growing up fast! I'll be a big dog soon and I just know there is a family out there who needs a dog like me for love and affection. I'm learning all of my good behaviors early so I'll make a great dog for anybody that has the energy to keep up with me. My daddy is a purebred, AKC registered Labrador Retriever and my mom is the Golden so she gave me a sweet personality. I love to play fetch and I'm great with other dogs - including my brother and housemate, Shasta. I'm confident and well-adjusted so I also have great future potential as a possible service dog with more specialized training. Just remember that I am still a playful puppy with a developing bladder and some teething to look forward to so I will need someone with the time and attention to give me plenty of exercise, potty breaks, and appropriate toys to chew on. Due to my great personality and breeding, my adoption fee is $800 and we can meet at either our Denver or Sterling locations for an interview.
