When I think of CI I think of change. Change is a process. Prior to my employment with CI I had a lot of self destructive behaviors. I continued in these behaviors despite my negative consequences. CI helped me understand that the real source of the problem was me. I wanted to blame everyone for my issues. Staff members were helpful. They encouraged me to be the change that I was expecting within our facility. It's an amazing phenomenon that when I changed, so many things and people around me changed. CI has helped me discover my potential. It has pushed me towards my destiny. It has given me insight into my purpose.
