I am Cheyenne, a lovely 1 year old female Chesapeake Bay Retriever/English Pointer mix. I am a nice medium size, weighing around 42 pounds but I have a HUGE heart and a playful demeanor. Even so, I'm really sweet and smart so I've learned my commands really well. I have a strong desire to please and can just as easily hang out with a chew toy or bone on my 'place'. I have an excellent potty record and I'm very good in my kennel, sleeping quietly through the night. I'm hoping for a home with a nice, big fenced back yard and maybe some older kids and a K9 brother or sister to play with. If you could provide a kiddie pool in the hot summer months that would be really awesome, too, because I love the water. I guess that's the bird dog in me. Based on my breed combination I might make a great hunting dog, too, with the proper guidance and some specialized training on that. I am ready for my next big adventure and would love to share my life with you to start making some wonderful, happy memories. I'm up in Sterling and can meet with you here or in Denver.
