I currently work in the Powder Coat Division of CCI Metal Products which I have truly enjoyed and has granted me many learning opportunities along the way. Over the last two and a half years, I have advanced throughout multiple areas of this division allowing me to grow my knowledge of the powder coat process. My hard work and dedication has earned me the position of team trainer which I am proud of and has provided me brand new opportunities and leadership growth. I have not only learned a new trade but have also gained valuable individual and team building skills. The continued development of these beneficial skills, such as communication and problem solving, gives me the confidence to be successful outside of prison personally and professionally.
