CCI Metal Products has benefitted me in so many ways. First and foremost it provides me employment while incarcerated and allows me to be productive and grow as a person. Having a real job does so much for the mind and body. Also being a part of something that is bigger than me is very rewarding and fulfilling. It has afforded me the opportunity to maintain and cultivate my skills in metal fabrication as I happened to work in this industry before entering the system. Every day I learn more, overcome challenges and become a better team player. Since starting, I have become a team trainer which has provided me amazing leadership and life skills which are exceedingly valuable. I know I can use my skills and find immediate employment when I am released.
