Arlo is a very fun loving, 3 year old male Aussie mix who is a fast learner and eager to please! Arlo has done well in his training and enjoys playing fetch but will sometimes become easily distracted. Arlo gets along well and plays with other dogs and would love a large, grassy yard to play in because he gets the zoomies sometimes and needs room to run! He has a bright, strong personality and will be most successful in a home with a firm, fair and consistent leader. Arlo has some cute antics to entertain his new family. For instance, every morning when he is released from his kennel to start the day, Arlo will step out and take a 'bow' on his own, as if to say, "Good morrow to you! What ventures shall we have today?" And sometimes when Arlo is lying on his designated "place" for some quiet time, he will get bored and starts playing catch with his Nyla Bone - tossing it in the air to himself and trying to catch it. Arlo is a good sized boy, weighing about 64 pounds and would do well in a home with older kids as he may jump up on smaller ones (we're still working on that and will show you how to address this behavior).
