My name is Camaro and I am a very sweet, 2 year old, 60 pound female German Shepherd mix in search of my forever home. I'm an attractive girl as you can see by my picture. I am a very intelligent lady who has really taken to my obedience training here in prison and I respond well to verbal and physical praise. I am very motivated in playing with a ball and love doggy bones. I am quiet in my crate and do not bark or whine. I was transferred from a shelter with a note that I can climb a fence so a secur yard us a must. More than likely I did not get enough exercise or stimulation in my former home and did not have the great basic foundation of training that I do now. I do have a little prey drive so a home without cats would be best for me. I am doing great with the "Leave it" command as we have many pigeons at the facility. I get along with other dogs and really enjoy human attention, too. I am calm and mild-mannered with a medium energy level, a daily walk or hike would be so much FUN for me. I have very good focus, respond well to simple, verbal correction and the folks here at the prison program can help with my successful transition into a new, loving (and securely fenced) home.
