Howdy! I'm Buckle, a 5 month old, male apricot Standard Poodle. I'm a very curious puppy that enjoys investigating my surroundings. Although I can be a bit shy around new people, I warm up and love unconditionally with a little time. Patience is the key when it comes to me. Sometimes I feel a bit reserved and other times I love to play with other dogs - I just have to be in the right mood. And don't get me wrong - I love people, too. I enjoy going for long walks and playing outside in any kind of weather for as long as you're willing to hang outside with me. I'm still young and learning and I might give a couple of quick alert barks if I hear something or someone I'm not sure of but I just need a chance to investigate further (maybe they should've named me Sherlock - lol!). Because I'm nosy my new family should be aware of leaving anything on the floor that I might have to investigate - or taste - to check it out. I seem to have a fascination with socks so best to keep those and other scraps of naughty things out of my reach. As you can see, I will require regular grooming because of my coat so plan on that for sure. I'm waiting in Denver and my adoption fee is $2000, which includes my microchip, vaccinations, and a lifetime of adventure. "Buckle up" and get out here to meet me soon!
